Prestige Grove Park Directions and Distance: How to Reach and Key Travel Times

Prestige Grove Park is located in Borivali East, on the edge of the national park in north-west Mumbai. This puts it between the forest on one side and the Western Express Highway on the other.

The eastern side of Borivali has grown fast over the past decade. Large towers, the new Sky City Mall and two metro lines have changed the area. Yet the national park keeps the setting green and quiet, which few Mumbai suburbs can offer.

Most visitors reach the project by road, using the Western Express Highway. Here is the simplest route from each direction.

• From Andheri or the airport, drive north on the highway past Goregaon, Malad and Kandivali.
• From Bandra or South Mumbai, take the Bandra-Worli Sea Link or Mahim, then join the highway going north.
• From Mira Road or Dahisar, drive south on the highway past the Dahisar check naka into Borivali East.
• From Thane today, take Ghodbunder Road to the highway, then turn south toward Borivali.
• From Borivali West, cross the rail line on a station bridge and head east to the highway.

The highway runs without signals between Dahisar and Bandra. So off-peak drives from Andheri and the airport stay fairly quick.

Metro Line 7 runs right along the highway, which makes it the easiest train option for the project. Stations in Borivali East include Rashtriya Udyan, Devipada and Magathane.

From Andheri East, ride Line 7 north and get off at the station closest to the site. From there, a short auto ride brings you to the project. If you come from the Link Road side, Metro Line 2A reaches Borivali West. You can then take a short cab across to the east side.

Metro Line 9 now runs from Dahisar East toward Mira-Bhayandar. So visitors from the north can also use the metro to reach Borivali East.

Borivali station, the busiest on the western line, sits about 2 to 3 km from the site. Local trains run here from Churchgate, Dadar, Bandra and Andheri, and many trains start and end at Borivali.

Once you reach the station, take the east exit and hire an auto or cab to the project. The ride takes about 10 to 15 minutes, based on traffic near the station.

Here is how long you can expect to travel from the places most visitors come from.

Peak-hour times can run 50% to 100% longer.

Several new links will cut travel times from Prestige Grove Park over the next few years.

• The Thane-Borivali Twin Tunnel will cut the Thane drive to about 15 minutes. Its Borivali end sits near Magathane in Borivali East.
• The Goregaon-Mulund Link Road will give a faster route to Powai and the eastern suburbs by 2029.
• Metro Line 7A will one day link Line 7 directly to the airport, though it faces delays.
• The Dahisar-Bhayandar Link Road will ease trips to Mira-Bhayandar by December 2028.

Most of these should open before the project's possession target of December 2031. So by the time residents move in, many of these trips should feel much shorter.

A little planning makes your first trip to the project much smoother. Keep these points in mind before you set out.

• Visit on a weekday morning, when traffic on the highway is lighter.
• Try the metro one way and a cab the other, so you can compare both routes.
• Check the drive from the site to your office at the time you would usually travel.
• Note the walk or auto ride from the nearest Line 7 station to the gate.

These small checks show you what daily life will really feel like from this location. They also help you plan your commute long before you move in.

The project sits between two very different sides. To the east lies the forest of the national park. To the west lies the busy highway belt of Borivali East.

So homes on the forest side should enjoy green views, while west-facing homes look toward the city. The final master plan will confirm which towers face which way. Ask the sales team for this detail when the layout is released.

Daily needs sit within a short drive of the site, so you rarely need to travel far.

• Sky City Mall, with shops, food and an INOX cinema, on the highway in Borivali East.
• Hospitals in Borivali West, such as Apex and Karuna, along with the BMC-run Bhagwati Hospital.
• Schools like VIBGYOR High and MKVV International Vidyalaya in Borivali West.
• Sanjay Gandhi National Park, with trails, safaris and the Kanheri Caves.

This mix of city access and green space is what makes the location stand out.
