Prestige Grove Park Connectivity

Prestige Grove Park connectivity centres on the Western Express Highway, Borivali Railway Station, and Metro Lines 2A and 7. These routes link Borivali with Andheri, Bandra, and South Mumbai. Line 2A covers an 18.6 km corridor towards Andheri West, while Line 7 covers 16.5 km towards Gundavali in Andheri East.

The metro now reaches farther north. Metro Line 9’s 4.7 km Dahisar East–Kashigaon section opened on 7 April 2026. The upcoming 11.84 km Thane–Borivali corridor could add a shorter east–west route. The route from the project gate to the highway or station is also part of the daily trip.

Prestige Grove Park Road Connectivity

The Western Express Highway is the main road for trips towards Goregaon, Andheri, the airport, and Bandra. From Bandra, onward roads and the Bandra–Worli Sea Link serve destinations farther south. The highway does not remove the need to plan for junction queues and local road traffic.

SV Road and Link Road serve trips through the western side of Borivali, Kandivali, Malad, and Goregaon. They can be useful for schools, shops, and offices that sit away from the highway. Crossing between Borivali East and West can add time, so the best road depends on the destination.

Travel Times from Borivali to Key Destinations

For early planning, broad road-time estimates from the Borivali area are:

  • Andheri: Roughly 30–50 minutes, depending on the part of Andheri.
  • Mumbai Airport T2: Roughly 40–60 minutes by road.
  • BKC: Roughly 50–80 minutes, with the office approach road adding to the trip.
  • Thane via Ghodbunder Road: Roughly 60–90 minutes in typical planning estimates.

These are area-level estimates, not measured timings from the Prestige Grove Park gate. Heavy traffic or rain can push a trip beyond these ranges. Use the exact entrance pin and office or terminal address for a more useful check.

Prestige Grove Park Railway Connectivity

Borivali Railway Station is the main Western Railway hub serving the area. Local trains connect it with Andheri, Bandra, Dadar, Mumbai Central, and Churchgate. Fast and slow services have different stops, so choose the train that suits your destination.

For Lower Parel, use a service that stops there or change to a suitable slow local. Churchgate serves onward trips towards Fort and Nariman Point. Borivali also has long-distance services, though not every train or destination is served from this station.

Rail avoids road traffic during the train journey. Your full commute still includes reaching the station, waiting, and reaching work from the station.

Prestige Grove Park Metro Connectivity

Metro Line 2A runs between Dahisar East and Andheri West along the western suburban corridor. It serves the Link Road side of Kandivali, Malad, and Goregaon. At Andheri West, passengers can connect with Line 1 at DN Nagar.

Metro Line 7 serves the highway side between Dahisar East and Gundavali. It helps with trips towards Goregaon East and Andheri East. At Gundavali, a footbridge connects to Line 1’s Western Express Highway station.

Metro Line 9 adds travel towards Mira Road. Its first phase runs from Dahisar East to Kashigaon. The remaining section towards Mira-Bhayandar is a separate extension; its opening depends on the completion of work and safety clearances.

Routes to Andheri, BKC and South Mumbai

Choose your Prestige Grove Park commute route by the office address, as well as the suburb.

  • Andheri West: Line 2A is useful for the western side. Line 1 provides onward travel from DN Nagar.
  • Andheri East: Line 7 serves the highway corridor. SEEPZ and other office clusters may need another connection.
  • BKC: Compare a Western Railway local to Bandra plus onward road travel with a metro route through Line 3.
  • Lower Parel and Worli: Use a suitable Western Railway service, then plan the final leg to the office.
  • Fort and Nariman Point: Churchgate is a useful rail arrival point, followed by local transport or a walk where practical.

For BKC by metro, one route is Line 7 to Gundavali, the footbridge to Line 1, then a change at Marol Naka to Line 3. Allow time for both changes.

Prestige Grove Park Airport Connectivity

The main road route to Mumbai airport uses the Western Express Highway and the approach road to your terminal. T1 and T2 use different entrances. Set the correct terminal as the destination when checking the route.

Line 7 alone does not take passengers to an airport terminal. A metro option for T2 is Line 7 to Gundavali, transfer to Line 1 towards Marol Naka, and then Line 3 to CSMIA T2. Add time for station walks, changes, and reaching the terminal check-in area.

With heavy luggage or an early flight, compare this route with a direct cab.

Upcoming Links Affecting Prestige Grove Park Connectivity

The Thane–Borivali tunnel, Goregaon–Mulund Link Road, and northern coastal road could widen travel choices. Each serves a different route and has its own works programme. Their target dates should not be treated as fixed opening dates.

Thane–Borivali Twin Tunnel

The corridor is 11.84 km long, comprising 10.25 km of tunnel and 1.59 km of connectors. It will link the Borivali and Thane sides across Sanjay Gandhi National Park.

The often-quoted 15–20-minute journey is an estimate for that road link. It is not a full journey from the project to every Thane destination. The approach to the tunnel and travel beyond its exit still count.

Goregaon–Mulund Link Road

GMLR includes twin tunnels of about 5.3 km each, linking the Goregaon Film City side with Amar Nagar in Mulund West. It could offer another east–west route after completion.

This is a Goregaon–Mulund connection. Trips towards Powai would still need an onward route, rather than a direct tunnel exit at Powai.

Versova–Bhayandar Coastal Road

The northern coastal road is planned as another route along the western suburbs. For Borivali, the benefit depends on open entry points and the route to them.

The existing South Mumbai Coastal Road and the northern works are separate sections. A full coastal drive from Borivali needs the missing links to open first.

Check the First and Last Part of Your Commute

A nearby road or station is useful only if it is easy to reach. During a Prestige Grove Park site visit, check the station approach, road crossings, auto or bus access, and the route back after dark.

Compare the same trip on a weekday morning and evening. Include station entry, footbridge walks, train changes, and the final office approach. This shows more about the daily trip than highway distance alone.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Which railway station serves Prestige Grove Park?

Borivali Railway Station is the main Western Railway hub for the area. Use the project gate pin to check the route to the station.

2. Which metro line is useful for Andheri?

Line 2A serves Andheri West, while Line 7 reaches Gundavali in Andheri East. The better option depends on the office address and onward connection.

3. Is Metro Line 9 already open?

Yes. Its 4.7 km first phase between Dahisar East and Kashigaon opened on 7 April 2026. This does not mean the whole Mira-Bhayandar extension is open.

4. Does Line 7 go directly to Mumbai Airport T2?

No. One metro route uses Line 7, Line 1, and then Line 3 at Marol Naka for CSMIA T2.

5. Will all upcoming links open before possession?

That cannot be assured. Plan daily travel around the roads and services open today. Treat unfinished links as future gains.
